Dearest Michele, I often do online, pre recorded yoga and meditation sessions on YouTube, particularly since the beginning of the pandemic. As I usually have a busy daily routine, I opt for pre recorded sessions either on waking or before sleep. I have a few favourites which I subscribe to, one of these is your Sovereign Souls. I found your group session today supportive, caring and compassionate. Your explanation, guidance and nurturing to delve inward and create healing around core beliefs was clear, insightful and deeply nourishing. I went into a deep state of relaxation and definitely felt calmer and lighter afterwards. I felt safe, lovingly held and, despite being virtual, connected to others in the group, clients I support and some dear to my heart. Thank you so much for providing this experience and opportunity. Hi Michele, Just wanted to say Thank you so much for our session last week, Quantum Energy Healing.
The next 3 days after our session I just cleaned up some behaviours from my past (my ego); it was so easy to identify them. I felt them, stopped for a minute or two and then I was healing them; after that the feeling of being lighter was amazing. I am not going to deny that was a little bit confronting but at the same time was so relaxing. I can't stop smiling, I am literally waking up happy with a silly smile in my face and making music in my head (nonsense music for everyone else) and my body just wants to dance, that's how I am feeling the happiness inside me with music and dance. Michele was recommended to me by a friend who hadn't even had a session from her yet but she does a lot of research on healers and the best most legit ones and we know we need to be careful of the false gurus and healers at this time in our ascension. I personally have made this mistake before and I would like to say I have learned from it. So I started off by doing Michele’s YouTube meditations and these were so lovely, so I went to her page and signed up for newsletters and such and then she sent out a group healing thing which i signed up for and it was absolutely amazing and powerful and helpful. The healing from Michele really brought in such powerful shifts and healing on such a huge level like multidimensionally in that I can actually feel it but i can’t even describe it how absolutely amazing it was. On Sunday I cried buckets and released so much, i’m not even sure where it came from but it was getting some really old stuff out. I felt gratitude to Michele and my family but I feel the most amazing this was me feeling gratitude to myself it was about this time last year I felt what it was like to feel love for myself which i had never experienced before and then I was thrown in the deep end of a spontaneous kundalini awakening and never thought id leave the emotion of fear again lol. But here I am feeling love AND gratitude for myself and how far I have come. I am more coherent and have more control of my thoughts and where they wander, what they are focused on, if they are negative etc and i have more ability to change them to what I want to think about, not fearful stuff. Some people may not have as much going on as me and I hope this is your case, maybe you just need a chakra cleanse and balance from Michele and if that's what you need, you will get that and THEN some. If you are going through something bigger and need to clear trauma, fear etc then Michele will help with that too! The sessions are recorded and you may listen as many times as you need to. It mine is now a wonderful addition to my night time ritual. It is hard to find legitimate healers who are not all about money and greed and when you find one like Michele, you know she will be a keeper. Michele is incredible, she is patient, so so loving that you feel her love to you, she is wonderful and kind and also one of a kind.
